To my sweet cousin, 

As you graduate high school remember the word is at your feet. Your dreams that you have dreamed all these years can become a reality. All you have to do is believe in yourself. You can be and do anything you set your mind to. You control your future and only you. So reach for the stars, dream big and go for it. No dream is too big! I am so proud of you and all your accomplishments. Always remember I am always here cheering you on!

Letters To Our Children ~ December

To my girls, 

 As Christmas quickly approaches you both are super excited!! Lainey I would have to say you are the most excited little girl that I have even seen. Lacey you are always so laid back and just go with the flow. From Halloween until now we have been very busy. From trick or treating to Thanksgiving, tree hunting and don't forget the birthday parties. Wow, this mommy is tired!!! But you know what I would not trade one single minute of it. Watching you two grow and seeing your smiles everyday is totally worth it. 

Lacey you are doing so well in school and we are so proud of you. You are trying so hard at math and we are cheering you on!! Lainey you had your Christmas program at school and boy did you sing. You did an excellent job and we are very proud of you! 

 In less than 4 days we will be celebrating Christmas and my wish for you two is to embrace the true meaning of Christmas. Merry Christmas sweet girls!!

Letters To Our Children ~ October

Dear Laceybug,

My sweet little ladybug who has a heart the size of the universe.  You make us laugh everyday with your silliness and your awesome personality.  You finally started loosing your baby teeth!  Yes, I cried when the first tooth popped out. I know I am a cry baby!! You are growing up too fast and that tooth made me realize just how fast.  

You are doing so well in school!! I love that you love to go and always have a smile when I pick you up.  Even though your feelings get hurt easy you always bounce right back. You are a real role model to your sister.  As you know she wants to be just like you!!! I know this can get on your nerves sometimes. Thank you for being the best big sissy ever!! 

I love you baby girl to the heavens and back!!

Letters To Our Children ~ September

Dear Lacey and Lainey,


My sweet girls!!  Both of you are two amazing little girls with different personalities that keep this mama moving.  Lacey, you are my tomboy who loves being outside, playing with your animals and just getting plain dirty.  Lainey, you are my girly girl who loves dress up, make believe and Tinker Bell.  However, Lainey you gave us a little shock when you decided you wanted to play soccer!!

Even though you both love different things you two share this unbelievable bond of sisterhood.  I can always find you together snuggled up on the couch or in Lacey's bed.  Where ever one is the other one is not too far away.  Lacey even though you don't like too many girly things I love that you will take time and play those girly things with Lainey.  Lainey, you are the mother hen who likes to take care of Lacey.  You always make sure she has her backpack in the morning for school and after school you always have her a snack waiting.  You both make me so proud to be your mommy! I could not have asked for more sweeter girls than you two are.  When God was making you two I think he added an extra dose of sweetness to the mold.

I love you girls to the heavens and back!
